Great image - they look like they're moving even now!
It occurred to me (I think because we are so close to the nose of the ship) that this would look equally cool with the Motion Picture version of this classic ship.
BTW - I always thought the box cover art for this ship - the AMT model kit - (where it's trading phaser fire with a distant Enterprise) was one of the coolest images from my formative years
The paintjob on the wings looks more organic than most Klingon ships, which would actually make it a better Romulan variant.
