The J-Mission ride, waiting for an overdue tune-up.

WE DID IT! Suck on it Moon Landing deniers!!! ;p

I think this model was by Poser Sciences? I've had it so long I've forgotten and can't dig up the documentation. At any rate, it pales to Hameed's latest masterwork [link] , but it's the best I've got.

This looks just fantastic! I have to agree with you on your comment to the Moon Landing deniers. Unbelievable that folks want to believe we didn't accomplish the moon landings. But there are people out there who want to believe things like that the Holocaust never happened, Elvis is still alive, the world was going to end on May 21, and all sorts of other nutty things. I don't neccessarily have a problem with folks thinking outside the box and believing in unusual things ( hell, there's a few things I believe in that folks think are nuts.....such as evolution, and birds evolving from dinosaurs...my sisiter in law has HUGE problems believing in evolution), but there really IS a point where it stops being amusing, or maybe worth considering, and where it becomes just idiotic, foolish, blind, and just plain dumb. Unfortunately, I guess it takes all kinds doesn't it?

This really makes me want to adapt a Segway, esp. with those tires, and do a pic of an astronaut 'strolling' about the lunar surface on it. Kamen was about 35 years too late with that tech ... :( (or more importantly, we're now too late with making our space program 'real').

A lunar segway? Hm - cool idea! Only on the mood no one can hear your ring your bike bell....
