A trader who pulled into Starbase 20 reported some strange sightings in a binary system off the beaten path. She reported what appeared to be a fairly thriving ecology based in the huge belt of asteroidal debris which constituted the planetary mass of this two-star formation.

Vacuum ecologies were not unknown, but are definitely rare. Commodore Vrinn'n dispatched the scout ship, Rama, to look into this report and gather more information - including, hopefully, some detailed remote scans of the lifeforms in question.

Man, your lighting skills can make a simple composition striking. You make the background green gas haze yourself in photoshop or do you use a program/plugin like Cosmic Pack?
