Imperial Walkies!

Description

Traveller joyfully grabbed influences from across the SF genre and Star Wars & anime were not immune. This post is by request for Colourbrand. Traveller didn't have many walkers (in fact this may have been about the only one, back when I was working on the property). This one is from Digest Group's "101 Vehicles". I forget the description, but it might have been for a local militia, so not a true "Imperial walker". FYI, the original drawing is quite small...4.25" from sole to antenna tip. So what you're seeing here is quite a blown up image.

"Traveller" is a trademark of Far Future Enterprises.

Actually, the vehicle is a Siega Class Strider, and it is TL - 12. It is vehicle #16 in Digest Group Publications's "101 Vehicles. It was published in 1988. The Dynchia are first mentioned in the Game Designer's Workshop publication, "The Journal of the Traveller's Aid Society, Issue # 24.
