Our judge was enchanted by the effective use of point of view in this composition. He enjoyed the way the artist gives us several angles that each feature the K’tinga’s raptor-like qualities. He said, “What really sells this shot is the big foreground ship” The big, menacing nose of the K’tinga gives us a sense of the brute power of this vessel while the ships above and below demonstrate its deadly grace.
